Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@oneposh.co
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if the customer gave a wrong/incomplete address during placing his order. In this case, if goods successfully returned to Oneposh distributor center, we are able to refund the order and deduct $10.99 for shipping and handling to incorrect address.
30 Days Conditional Return
For items that are eligible for return, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within this time frame, you can request a return and refund. Please note that a 25% restocking fee per item will apply in this scenario. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we'll refund the remaining 75% of your payment.
To ensure a successful return and refund, please ensure that the following requirements are met:
- The item and all its parts must be returned in their original packaging, including all wrapping and factory cartons.
- The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped to prevent damage during transit.
- The item cannot be installed or modified in any way while in your possession. Customized or installed items are not eligible for return.
- The item must have been delivered within the last 30 days.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, including insurance for the full retail value of the item(s).
Our inspection process typically takes only one business day. If the returned item meets our return criteria, we'll refund the remaining 75% of your payment to your bank account within one additional business day. Please note that items that are not eligible for return are marked as non-returnable on our website.
